We offer free delivery of used toner cartridges, drums & fusers (heating elements) to customers who have a low consumption. If you want to return, you must follow the steps described below. To limit environmental pollution due to excessive transport, we ask that you return several empty toner cartridges, drums or fusers (including any used packaging) together.
- Remove the used parts from the printer.
- Be sure to wrap the used part in the packaging from the new parts and tape the packaging tightly to avoid spillage during shipping.
- Print the postage-free return label.
- Please return multiple parts together by either taping the packaging securely together or by placing them in a cardboard box and affixing the label to the outside of the cardboard box.
- Hand in the package at Posthuset or at your package collection.
